Vision as Pastor and Field Coordinator
To establish churches that are consistent with the word of God
Create an effective leadership/ministry training program
Continue effective leadership/ministry program
Help individuals to come to the knowledge of the truth, and to grow in relationship with God.
Additional Goals and Plans for Growth
Attend language school: Become fluent in Lithuanian (In private lessons now)
Register House of Worship Church in Vilnius (completed)
Establish home groups & churches.
Conduct monthly prayer walks and evangelism in key cities.
Continue to develop the established churches and preaching points.
Continue to cultivate grow relationships with other believers.
Recruit, train, and implement AIMers and AIM couples to assist with evangelism and church planting.
Establish a leader to travel by my side to the key cities in all ten regions.
Establish a Lithuanian prayer network (completed)
Create websites for Vilnius House of Worship. (completed) www.vilniushow.lt
Through prayer, hard work, and vision casting we believe God will grant us favor, influence, and provision to see these goals accomplished. Lithuania is a country of great potential and extreme need. We know God has placed us here for such a time as this.
